Oil Saver Rubber

Oil Saver Rubbers are designed to provide a seal on the wire line while retrieving the swab string from the tubing or casing of a well. This sealing action contains the well pressure inside the tubing string. The rubbers also provide a wiping action of the wire line, which aids in keeping a cleaner and safer job site.

The rubber compounds used in our Oil Saver Rubbers are specifically formulated to maintain a long service life.

Our Oil Saver Rubbers are supplied in different colors (green, blue, and black) representing different hardness’s ranging from 35° to 55° Duro (Shore A).

Rod Stripper Rubbers

EE or Double E Style Rod Stripper

Rod Stripper Rubbers are designed to efficiently remove oil and other fluids from the rod string being pulled from the well.

The rubber compound used in our Rod Stripper Rubbers is designed for maximum product service life.

Pipe Wipers

Pipe Wiper Rubbers are designed to remove fluids and debris from the pipe when it is either being run or pulled. Pipe Wiper rubbers can also prevent foreign objects from entering the well bore by covering the annulus between the tubing and casing.

We manufacture both Dual Split and Single Flat type Pipe Wipers in multiple sizes as well as in natural rubber (standard) and Nitrile (Red) rubber compounds.

Tubing Stripper Rubbers

Tubing Stripper Rubbers are designed to allow the tubing to be pulled or run in-hole through the rubber with pressure still on the well. They also strip the fluids from the tubing OD to provide a clean and safe work environment.

The rubber compounds for our Tubing Stripper Rubbers are designed for oil and abrasion resistance for an increased service life.
